Sophie Taraglio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics obtained at Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis on the structure-activity relationship analysis of histone acetyltransferase inhibitors performed under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Paiardini. During her traineeship she has acquired significant expertise in the use of docking computational tools. While being enrolled to the Biochemistry Master at the Sapienza University of Rome, she is attending Prof. Paiardini’ s lab. Currently her research interests are on the study of protein structure and interactions with peptides, small molecules and inhibitors.
